Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off at a local carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
